Background
Mike Doris is a United States Air Force veteran with over thirty five years of experience with increasing responsibilities culminating in the top enlisted grade and the top enlisted position in Air Force Civil Engineering. Educated through the Community College of the Air Force, The Air Force Institute of Technology, and the University of Gettysburg in Leadership, Management and Engineering, he is also a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP). During his military career, Mike has supervised up to 54 direct reports and managed over 49,000 crafts persons in fourteen construction and facility disciplines. He has been responsible for Department of Defense programs and construction projects in excess of $692M. Additionally, he has overseen crisis emergency response and logistics operations for hurricane recovery, disaster relief, and armed conflict. Mike brings global experience to The Group having resided in both Germany and Korea and has overseen operations in over 60 countries throughout his career. Beside his vast experience gained through the military, Mike has owned, operated or managed three separate business units from fast food operations to direct marketing and sales. Each of those entities was successful, profitable and sustainable.
